Terms of Service
Effective 8 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CollegeCallUp LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using CollegeCallUp you accept them.
Who may use CollegeCallUp
You must be at least 13 years old. An athlete aged 13 to 17 may create a Household and use CollegeCallUp free of charge, but a paid subscription requires an adult account owner, because a minor cannot enter into this agreement.
The adult account owner is responsible for billing and for consent on behalf of the athletes in their Household.
Households and accounts
A Household may contain more than one athlete and more than one adult. Adults in a Household can see and act on the athlete’s recruiting activity, including reading and sending email from the athlete’s connected mailbox. CollegeCallUp records internally which member took each action.
An athlete who turns 18 may claim their account, becoming an account owner and controlling who else retains access. Until they do, access stays as it was.
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your Household.
Sending email to coaches
CollegeCallUp sends email from a mailbox you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for what you send.
You agree not to use CollegeCallUp to:
- send messages to people who have asked you to stop
- send messages that misrepresent who the athlete is or what they have done
- send unsolicited commercial email of any kind
We limit how fast messages can be sent. Those limits protect your mailbox, and they are not negotiable within the product.
Text messages
If you opt in, CollegeCallUp sends text messages about your recruiting activity to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your recruiting activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also turn messages off in the app.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may only provide a mobile number that you are authorized to enroll. For an athlete under 18, an adult in the Household must add the number and confirm they are the account holder or have that person’s permission.
How we handle your number is described in the Privacy Policy. We never share mobile opt-in data for marketing.
What CollegeCallUp is not
CollegeCallUp does not promise that you will be recruited, receive an offer, or be admitted anywhere. No software can, and you should distrust any that suggests otherwise.
CollegeCallUp shows information about recruiting rules and calendars, and offers opinions about how well a program fits an athlete and whether a coach’s interest looks genuine. These are opinions formed from available evidence. They are not legal advice, not compliance advice, and not statements of fact.
You are responsible for your own compliance with NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and school rules. Our rule information may be incomplete or out of date, and rules change every year. Verify anything that matters with the school or the governing body.
Information about colleges, coaches and rosters is gathered from public sources and may be wrong or stale.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you can cancel at any time.
Your content
Your information is yours. You grant CollegeCallUp permission to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of it.
The CollegeCallUp software, brand, and directory compilation belong to CollegeCallUp LLC.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using CollegeCallUp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other users at risk. If we do so without cause, we refund any unused portion of a subscription.
Disclaimers and liability
CollegeCallUp is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We will tell you by email before a material change to these terms takes effect.
